Elefento Return & Refund Policy

Strict policy to ensure fairness and transparency due to limited stock collections.


1. No Returns for Wrong Size Selected by Customer

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if the customer selects the wrong size.

"Please double-check your size before ordering. All size-related issues due to customer selection are not eligible for return or exchange."

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

  • Did not like the product
  • Change of mind
  • Ordered by mistake
  • Don’t want it anymore

Once the order is placed and shipped, cancellation/return is not allowed.

3. Rare Cases When Return/Exchange IS Accepted

a) Damaged Product Received

If the product is damaged during courier transit, notify us within 24 hours with:

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Photos of the issue
  • Order details
b) Wrong Product Delivered

If our team sends the wrong item, we will replace it at no extra cost.

if Replacement is approved Replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days

4. Conditions for Approval

The returned product must be:

  • 1 Unused
  • 2 Unwashed
  • 3 Unworn
  • 4 Unaltered
  • 5 With original tags
  • 6 In original packaging

5. Refund Policy (Exceptions Only)

Refunds apply only if:

  • Same product is out of stock (after approved return).
  • Return is approved after verification.

Refund timeline: 7–10 business days.

If refund is approved refund amount will be credited back to original mode of payment with in 7-10 business days

Refunds NOT provided for:
  • Size issues
  • Wrong selection
  • Customer mistake
  • No longer wanting the product

6. Exchange Policy
Allowed only if: Wrong product sent, or Damaged product received (with proof). If exchanges is approved exchanged product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
7. Request Window
Within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Shipping Costs
If Elefento is at fault, we bear pickup and reship cost.
9. Unboxing Video Req.
Must clearly show: Unopened package, Label details, Product condition, and Clear visibility of issue.
