Transaction Policies

  • 5 Payments

    We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. Payments are securely processed by third-party gateways. Elefento does not store your payment details.

  • 6 Shipping & Delivery

    • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
    • Product will be delivered in 7-10 business days
    • Delivery time depends on your location and courier partners.
    • Delays due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control.
    • Tracking details will be provided once shipped.

  • 7 Cancellation Policy

    Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

8 Intellectual Property

All designs, text, images, logos, and graphics belong to Elefento. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9 User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Conduct fraudulent transactions
  • Upload harmful content
  • Interfere with website security
